ビジネス英語コースで扱う内容の一例。（他多数）

以下は仕事の効率性について書かれた研究論文。（少々難しめです。）
（また、以下とはぜんぜん違ったビジネスの必要な会話など数多く授業で扱います。）
Scientific management is a management philosophy concerned with increasing productivity that regarded workers as extensions of the machines they operated. It is difficult to imagine people working only under the scientific management system. Human relations approach regards employee needs as a legitimate corporate responsibility. However, it is true that some people seem to like to be directed. Theory X/Theory Y assumes that the people have both aspects. Theory X approach to management assume that the people are lazy and dislike work and therefore must be led and directed; Theory Y assumes that people find the satisfaction in their work and function best under the leader who allows them to participate in working toward their goals. To balance both theories according to the nature of the situation and human is important.
上記は少々当たり前なことを書いた導入部分です。指示がうまく通らなく効率性が悪い時というのはその基本的な考え方が抜け落ちてしまうときかもしれませんね。これから、あなたの知らない仕事の効率性についての事実を学ぶことになるでしょう。
